I spoke with a man last night and booked a room for May 7 - May 11. He read the confirmation back to me before we hung up and everything was good. He gave me my confirmation number. I asked him to also send me an email so I could have a hard copy of what we discussed. When I received the confirmation through email it was wrong. It was for May 7 - May 9 for $137. My total bill was for $237. The confirmation number was also different. I called and spoke with a girl this time and she said I had 2 reservations.
