I contacted the company to find out how they could help us with our debt. After a lengthy conversation with the person I dealt with, I had the contract e-mailed to me. He then walked me through it and had me sign electronically, which at first I was loathe to do. He then explained I had 3 business days to review the contract and could cancel within that time period. After talking to him, I decided to check the company on the Better Business Bureau's website.
