COMPLAINT AGAINST ELECTRONICS. We had given a music system(reg. no. 6103319) to Orbit for service and repairs. We were given an estimate for Rs 4000 approx. They informed us that parts would come from overseas and the system would be ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when we inquired, they said parts were not adequate for the system and now the new parts would cost 6000.
