As an operational Search & Rescue Dog Handler from New Zealand I have ordered (online) a Lighting Safety Collar valued $72.95 which amount WAS immediatelly charged from my credit card. The order was submitted on 2nd March 2011. Today is 28th April and I heard NO single word from the company. Tried to email and call many times, as some of the other people here - no reply.
