THIS IS MORE A RANT THAN A COMMENT, ANOTHER DISSATISFIED AIR CANADA CUSTOMER!!! Don"t Fly AC I just had 87, 000 points stolen from my account. I receive 30-40 emails daily sometimes more and another Aeroplan email usually gets lost or filed to read later. Needles to say I didn't read it until it was too late, so they were gone. Others have had the same problem and I could go on and on to no avail about how unfair it is and so on, adding to my frustration. apparently nothing can be done.
