Firstly I did not anticipate sitting at the gate for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open. When we finally gained entrance we were met by the therapist, which seemed friendly and capable and was taken to the restaurant, where we were served something to drink and “snacks” (3 little pieces of quiche which we had to share). Before we could finish we were rushed off to go change into our DAMP and very large robes (after our sizes where emailed as per their request).
