I recently booked a return trip from Durban to Johannesburg and i was very dissapointed at the lack of assistance i did not recieve especially after it was offered to me. I have two very young children (ages two and four) and I had my hands full with trying to carry hand luggage all the while trying to get my kids on board safely and finding our bearings. Our return trip was even more frustrating because the meal you served on your airline was a packet of nuts and dried fruit which is not sustainable for toddlers at all.
