This is a total rip off and I need any assistance that can be provided. I purchased a 150 alarm from a seller in hong kong. The item was defective. I contacted the seller and after much delay i escalated a claim. ebay decided in my favor. ebay said ship the item back for a refund. Well low and behold it cost at least 150 or more through every shipping service to send it back with a tracking number.
