My friend, Celeste Hayes bought an ozonator from Medizone a while back. It broke twice since while it was still under guarantee and +- 5 times thereafter. Every time there is a cost of between R250.00 and R500.00 for the repair of this machine. I have sent numerous complaints via e-mail to medizone, yet I have received no reply.
