I am trying to sort out the claim on my son's car. i have been given the run around by Zurich and they will not pay me out the value of the car. I am disputing it because for years I have paid the insurance on this car and never ever did they contact me and tell me that I am over insuring the car. Where are their ethics. The car had a very expensive sound system installed as well as a spoiler kit and rims and tyres. I need help to get the correct amount paid to me. PLEASe help me.
