My complaint is that I have had a parcel sent from China, using EMS and it was delivered to a lady, Leanne in Western Australia, days later Leanne's parcel was delivered to my address in Victoria The problem is that both parcels DID NOT come from the same sender. My parcel that was delivered to W.A. had Leanne's address labelled on it and when she opened it, it had my paperwork inside it and this is where she was able to get my phone number and ring me.
