I bought a cell phone and the phone screen went blank. I took the phone in for repairs as it was under warranty. I took it in April.. 2008. Eventually in June they called to say the phone is ready and was fixed. When I went to the counter to test the phone the same problem occurred. I told them I will not accept the phone. They sent it in again and about August 2008 they said it will now cost about R380 to repair at which I refused as how can they first fix it then come back and say now there is a charge.
