The Gas dealer M/S Abhishek, 351, Goyal nagar, Ring Road, Indore is supplying the gas on it, s dictating terms. Some days after the date of bill by detaining at their level. They are insisting to receive the cylinder without weighing. On requesting them they insist to receive from their store yard which is not per rules as well I am being retired man Ican not lift the load. Dear Sirs, I have broadband connection no. 0731 2432533. I am being a retired man I took the telephone connection with the broad band facility since Sept.2009.BSNL was regular for billing for my connection of 1GB @ Rs. 250/ and I also remain regular in paying the same up to the month of June 2010. I have prepaid Airtel Mobile Connection no.9993551339. On 2ndApril, 2011 it got recharged vide transID no. 48710569 &48669890 for Rs. 95/each. Account was credited by Rs.82/ each as per the scheme. Balance of Rs.13/ each was to be credited within 48 hours. But till now I have not been acknowledged/ informed for credit of bal. amount. Kindly accord the credit. I have mobile connection no. 9993551339. Today all of asudden the account has been debited by Rs.15/ &6o/ stating charges for hello tunes. Immediate on receipt of message I asked them to deactivate and refund the debited amount. Hello tune services deactivated but not refunding the amount so debited.
