In July 2007 I came from South Africa to work in South Korea. The first thing I found was that I could not send or receive SMSs from any network in South Africa. I contacted them all – Vodacom was concerned, investigated the matter and repaired it after about 3 months. MTN never bothered to reply. Cell C told me that they could not help as the contract was held by AutoPage. I contacted AutoPage who said that they could not help as CellC were the service provider.
