I booked a coach for myself and friends for my birthday at a cost of around £300. When the coach arrived it was tatty, there was no radio and one of the lights in the coach leaked water all over my friends shirt. The driver was rude, swore at us (we weren't even late) and tried to drop us off in the wrong place. I ended up getting a taxi at a cost of £50 because I didn't want to travel back with him.
