I had a 50" Plasma TV that made a loud pop and apon closer investigation had cracks on the inside glass. LG collected the Tv and then advised me 2 weeks later that the TV was "physically damamged". There are no scratches or dents or anything of that kind on the TV. How can you determine that it was physical damage???? DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS!!! read full review »
