I Melody Loverlot had an cellphone contract with Mtn. Monthly payments has been done to my account until I found out that my payments are being added to my debit column and not credited to my account. In March 2010 I queried this and requested a statement and reconciliation. They sent a statement and spoke to a consultant and he said this correct and how this should be billed.
