I too have had problems with being able to dial numbers and send sms from my mobile. I have been using Nomi for over 12 months now and found the rates really cheap, the service a little on the sketchy side but other than that ok until now. I too have been calling and calling on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering the calls. I even tried the FREE call 325 and it said this number was not available on this network!
