Saw an advertisement on face book for slimming tablets I paid£2.95 inc P+P with my credit card. Some time later I got my card statment and discovered I had been charged £128.94 I contacted the company and spoke to an employee who claimed I was sent an e-mail and that I had signed up to join their club. I explained I had never seen or signed any e-mail and asked for a refund the employee referred me to their terms and condition stating I had 72 hours to cancel my membership by this time long past.
