My notebook's screen became damaged ( it looks like a scratch on the screen which widens out and covers some of the message). I have never dropped the computer and a technician told me I could have damaged the screen by lifting up the computer top too roughly. I have no recollection of ever doing that. It will cost $400-$500 to repair. Is the technician's explanation plausible? The notebook is two years old and is only used intermittently . Please advise. read full review »
