sir, I travelled many times from delhi to allahabad, and almost every time I have seen openly black ticketing at new delhi and delhi stations, when we go to counter for ticket, they reply that no ticket is available and just nearby standing dalal can make tickets within few seconds at 3 or 4 times of the original cost, we have to pay for it because no legal way of finding the tickets left, while doing online eservation in tatkal scheme, within 5 min . all trains start showing regret .many time I talked to dalal regarding this issue that how... read full review »
