I signed up for a contract on 19/02. The contract stated it would R79/month and there were no additional services. I have since been billed R100 for the last 3 months. I have been in contact with the call centre and they were unable to assist saying that i would need to go back to the store. I did this on 30/04. A consultant mentioned that a discount had not been passed on to me and she would contact me on 03/05. It is 06/05 and i am still waiting.
