During the December 2010 big freeze, BA asked us to cancel our flight to the US in order not to add to the chaos. We canceled and re-booked with another airline. For technical reasons, our cancellation had not gone through. Requests to BA customer relations and complaint have not shown any useful results for now 4 months.
