So, having purchased a top of the range Esspresso machine from Kitchen Aid, two months out of warrany, I am sat in my Kitchen, and thank god I was, when said machine started to smoke and burst into flames. This is not good, I thought, and contacted Kitchen Aid who promptly arranged for collection to 'service' the machine, with a normal 10 day window.
