I was completely unaware of this deduction from my acoount of £69.00 until i recived my bank statement. I am shocked that this money was taken from my account without consent. I have tryed calling the number on the website which is as follows 08702245017 to which there is no answer. I expect this charge to be reversed and credited to my account by tuesday at the very latest otherwise i will be forced to take further action.
