i made reservations on the phone with my visa card on sunday MAY 8th 12am . took a 40 $ cab ride to the hotel and when i got there at 12am they said they would take my visa . i had all my ID card is active pulled 400$ deposit for 1 night only . i was left stranded with know where to go . why does visa claim this card i have from them should work anywhere and im refused service even though its a prepaid card visa says its good . i will never use a best western again unless some compensation is offered . i will tell me friends and family the... read full review »
