A few weeks ago, I accidently requested a URL called http://netflicks.ca/activate instead of http://netflix.ca/activate. I was routed to a site that said that I was selected for a survey. There was no way to exit this site without completing the survey and providing a cell number and PIN. The site was set up to look like a Netflix site and purported to be a Movie survey.
