after winning on the irish lottery on saterday 7/05/2011 amount£305 i was amased to find that i could not collect my winnings, i visted 5 ladbrokes shops in and around nottingham on sunday 8/05/2011 and was met with the same response. they all said come back after 1330hrs.i bet with ladbrokes 2/3 times a week which can be checked by my loyality card. please can you explain why i cannot collect what is mine as soon as the shop is open. read full review »
