(WARNING) I ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding and the dress was terrible. The color was a bright red instead of burgundy and the material was cheap, it was unraveling right out of the box. I contacted their customer service and got a response which was very useless. The customer service placed (time conditions) which served their purpose of giving me the run around. I gave up and had to settle for a different dress which cost me more money. If you order from lightinthebox don't expect anything but disappointment from their product to their so-called customer service. read full review »
