I've had an unauthorized transaction on my debit card; the charge was for $39.90. I never authorized this transaction. Their customer service menu is a joke. It's impossible to speak to a "live person." Beware, everyone... I had joined another club on-line, and somehow, my credit card number was compromised. read full review »
