I did a Power transfer of 2000 CHF (approx INR 1 lac) through money2india. the money was debited from my bank acocunt in Switzerland (UBS) but not credited to my bank acocunt in India. On calling up their customer service umpteen no. of times and sending emails with proof of teh transaction, they claim that they are unable to trace the funds. Whom do I contact.
