I was charged $20 for 4 texts received from SoLow without asking or contacting this company. When I received my bill I noticed that it was higher than usual and on the statement showed that there is $20 charge from a third party operator. I am with Rogers and when I called them they just didn't want to do anything and the operator told me to deal with SoLow. Left a few voice mails to them but still waiting for the call. Need some help how to stop this scam and get my money back. Already text "stop" to them and hope that will not receive any more charges.
