I have had a problem with an incorrect billing on my Cell C contract. For over 5 years my debit order has been in the amount of R248.00 per month - I then cancelled one of the contracts which should have brought the amount down to just over R100-00 - instead THEY PUT THROUGH A DEBIT ORDER OF R414.68! After 6 different complaints on their "Tell Noah" Website, as well as 6 on Hellopeter.com - I keep getting their standard automated "Your query has been escalated and we will contact you shortly" Todate I have been escalated... read full review »
