Hello, Airtel has been very pathetic in customer service recently I have been charged daily subscription charges with a messages coming from AD-54321 for almost a month in my mobile number (9952501060, TAMIL NADU). I am very tired of calling customer care service and their repeated answers saying I am not subscribed to any services in airtel. But still I have been charged amounts daily. So far in this month, I have been charged around Rs.200 from my account balance. Please stop this service and refund all the money deducted in this AD service.
