I placed a phone order for carryout. I confirmed my order on the phone. I arrived about 10-15 mins after teorder should have been ready. The pizza was ready but the cinasticks I ordered with it was not and had to wait another 30 minutes at the location for them. After they were finally ready they tried charging me a 2nd time for them. Also the entire time I was there with a friend we watched the entire staff (5 people) handle food with washing hands or using gloves at all.
