I hired a carpenter to build cupboards and shelves in my flat. He demanded a deposit of R1300 and took away the wood I had ordered and paid for to do the work at his business premises. Several weeks have passed and apart from one incomplete cupboard nothing else has been produced. Now he does not return my calls. Do I have any legal recourse? read full review »
