I am using a Tata Photon Plus connection (9243425691) for the past 5 months and suddenly my connection has been deactivated stating that my address verification has not been done. I paid the due amount even before the bill being generated and still cannot use my device for the past two weeks.I tried calling the helpline no and sent three different mails to various customercare ids they provided, received one auto generated response.
