I have been calling the call centre every week for the past 4 months. I am trying to do a migration to a package i was previously on. I get told that i will be contacted by the credit department within 48hrs. I call in every week. I don not receive any calls back from cellc. My bill is now over R2000 A month. I have not paid my last bill and will not. Cell c has to compensate me for the past 4 months. Will only pay when cell c contacts me regarding this matter. read full review »
