Firestone in Jersey City, NJ not only used a synthetic blend in my VW Jetta but, they shorted me 1 quart of oil. They put in 5quarts when it should have been 6.3 and it should have also been full synthetic as required by the OEM. If I did not check the dipstick and feel the viscosity fo the oil on my fingertips I could have been seriously screwed. My car is still under warrenty and the manufacturer would not cover any problems associated with using the wrong oil and not enough oil. read full review »
