Dear Sir, My Name is Yusuf Omar AlAZHARI. I have order onlie Doctorate Degree + Thesis, to which I have paid the full fee requested by you which was USD$453 by Bank Cashiers Check No. 253 on 15th of April 2011. I was told by Mr. Joel Silver that I would receive the consignment within two to three weeks from the day of payment, the full fee. To my desmay Sir, I have did not received such consgnment till this day. I tried to contact by Email the [email protected], but received no response at all.
