Contract taken out on 30 April 2011 for i-phone at Vodashop Kolonade. On Friday, 6 May 2011, 7 days after contract was taken out, phone went dead. I took the phone to Apple in Menlyn, they confirmed that phone is broken, and issued a job card with their findings. They referred me back to Vodashop, seeing that the contract was taken out there.
