I responded to an online advert for a an anti-aging cream free sample. I gave my details and was charged £31.79. I tried to cancel within 15 minutes, but was told I couldn't, but I could return it on receipt. They told me delivery would be about 5 weeks and I returned the product but have received no refund. This was on 12/02/09. However, I checked my bank account on 2/02/09 and discovered that an unauthorized withdrawal of £96.35 had been made by the company. I have written to them, but have received no reply. I have changed the debit card which was used to pay for the goods. read full review »
