I sent off for a 'free' (postage costs only) cosmetic sample at the end of Jan 2011. If I did not like the trial I could cancel the agreement and return the product. At the beginning of February 2011b before I had recieved the sample £96.35 was withdrawn from my bank. I phoned and complained and was told it takes a while for the product to get through customs hence the money being withdrawn. I stated this was not acceptable and wished to cancel the agreement.
