I'm embarassed to say it, but I too was scamed by this company. Upgraded from free AVAST to 'latest' antivirus software. Was connected to someone (in India?) very difficult to understand. Was told they would 'take care' of' my desk top computer and my laptop for $169.99 per year. A reasonable fee. I just got off the phone with a 'supervisor' to a supervisor (probably another tech guy). They originally 'captured' my desktop computer and my wireless laptop.
