My spouse and I signed up for a 3 year contract & purchased 2 Blackberry phones at the beginning of 2010. For the first month, things seemed to be ok. Little did we know the fiasco was just about to start. The problem began when I started noticing charges on both of our bills for game downloads which we never made, in addition to download fees. I immediately called Rogers, explained to them the problem, was assured this wouldn't happen again and was given a credit towards out bill. Liars. It happened again the next month. DHL Express Worldwide

Had a package sent to me from Singapore on May 3, 2011. By May 5th, it had reached Hong Kong and then been sent out. That is, according to DHL's online tracking system. I actually have no idea if it ever left Singapore OR Hong Kong. They jst seem to make it up as they go along. It is now May 15th 2011 and DHL still has not delivered my package. They also don't seem to know where it god's name it is. I have called their toll free number every day for the past week, at least twice a day trying to get answers as to it... read full review »
