I ordered only sample products totaling under $10.00 This company charged my checking account for subsequent orders that they shipped without my request or authorization and then refused to refund any of the additional $285.00 that they fraudulently charged me for. I shipped back all but the sample products and they have refused to refund any of my money. I spoke with a Theresa initially and then her male supervisor whose name I no longer have -- they were both rude on the phone and told me that I had no chance of receiving any credit...
