Hi, I have been on discovery medical aid for the past 11 years. I have had numerous problems but i stayed with this medical aid company because it is the service provider chosen by the company that I am employed at. At present I negiotiated a cash price for dental procedures, which I am claiming reimbursement for, from the medical aid. Discovery Health will not reimburse me because when the statement was faxed to me, it came through with part of the date (day only eg instead of 16.04.2011 - it read .04.2011) cut off.
