I downgraded my one phone contract from prepaid packages to a Top-up 100, the Vanderbijlpark River Walk store manager Jacob who assisted me did not advise me that I would lose the R2000 airtime that was accumulated on the account. I logged a complaint ref no 74451577 with MTN and it was closed without anyone contacting me, again stating you lose the accumulated airtime.
I paid for the airtime, how can they just throw it away that is stealing in my eyes since I was not allowed to downgrade the contract prior to the contract reaching maturity. read full review »
