poor service / not repairing the vehicle in warrnty The above referred vehicle was sent to your authorized service centre” APRA AUTO GURGAON” for 2nd service . At the time of taking delivery after the service, I noticed that there were nos of scratches on the complete body of the car as well as big visible scratches on front and back bumpers.
