Flowers sent were of poor quality. Flowers were returned to the store the very same day. When the store was called a few days later, the lady on the phone said that a refund would be issued. When a week later the refund was not issued, a call was made to ottawa flowers again. Now, the response was that the flowers were as specified and that the flowers will no longer be refunded although the flowers were returned. read full review »
